Process
How it works
Five deterministic steps from your brief to a tested, certified panel ready for installation.
Specification
You share your zone list, protocol requirements, load schedule and enclosure constraints. We return a technical specification and fixed-price quote within 5 working days.
Design
Our engineers produce a full DIN-rail layout, single-line diagram (SLD), cable schedule, component BOM and ETS topology map. You review and approve before we order any parts.
Assembly
Components are mounted on DIN rail, wired with numbered ferrules, and labelled according to the approved SLD. Terminal blocks, bus cables and shielded KNX TP wiring completed in our workshop.
Testing
Full IEC 61439-1/2 verification: insulation resistance, earth continuity, short-circuit protection, load current measurement and thermal imaging. Every output is functionally tested before closure.
Delivery
Panel packed in a custom timber crate with foam inlay. DHL Express or freight pallet to any EU address. Includes signed test protocol, CE Declaration of Conformity and wiring documentation.

CE Declaration of Conformity
Issued under LVD 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Accepted by building inspectors across all EU member states.
Pre-delivery test report
Signed IEC 61439 measurement protocol covering insulation, continuity, load and thermal tests. Each measurement recorded with instrument serial and engineer signature.
3-year warranty
Full 3-year warranty on assembly workmanship. Component manufacturer warranties (typically 5–10 years) apply separately to each part.

Insured door-to-door delivery to Germany, France, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Scandinavia and all other EU countries.
Wiring documentation package
PDF wiring diagram, terminal labelling legend, component datasheet bundle and as-built DIN-rail layout drawing.
ETS6 project file
Ready-to-use ETS6 project file with all devices imported, group address structure, and parametrisation — ready for on-site commissioning.

Tier-1 components only
We work exclusively with KNX Association certified components from established manufacturers. Component selection is driven by project requirements — we are not locked to a single brand. Preferred vendors include ABB, Hager, MDT, Weinzierl, Gira, Zennio, Wago, Phoenix Contact and Siemens.
Every BOM is submitted to the client before procurement. You can approve or substitute any line item. We also accept client-supplied components for integration into the panel build.

Shipping
EU-wide delivery
Panels are shipped from our Riga workshop via DHL Express (small panels up to 40 kg) or freight pallet for larger enclosures. Every shipment is fully insured for replacement value.
We regularly deliver to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Delivery to non-EU countries available on request.

Common questions
How is panel pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of DIN-rail modules, component BOM cost, enclosure size and estimated assembly hours. A typical 24-module KNX+DALI panel (apartment scale) starts from €1,800–2,500 assembled and tested. Complex multi-protocol panels for offices or hotels range from €4,000–12,000. We provide fixed-price quotes — no surprises.
What information do you need to quote?
Ideally: zone list with load types (lighting, blinds, HVAC, etc.), number of KNX devices per zone, DALI circuit count, required protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.), available enclosure space or preferred enclosure, and supply voltage. A PDF of your electrical design or ETS topology is a bonus but not required.
What is the standard delivery lead time?
Standard lead time is 10–15 working days from design approval. Rush production (5–8 working days) is available at a 25% surcharge for panels up to 48 modules. Lead times for large or multi-enclosure projects are quoted individually.
Can you work with our existing ETS project?
Yes. If you have an existing ETS6 project file, we import it, adapt the group address structure if needed, and pre-configure all devices in our workshop before shipping. This is the most common workflow for integrators who handle on-site commissioning themselves.
Do the panels work with third-party KNX devices we already have?
All KNX devices certified by the KNX Association are interoperable by specification. We routinely build panels that integrate with Gira, Jung, Berker, Schneider, Simon, Basalte and many other certified manufacturers. DALI-2 devices from any vendor are likewise interoperable. We confirm compatibility during the specification phase.
