Gate motor (BFT/NICE/FAAC) via KNX binary output, garage door 2× on KNX, video intercom (2N) at gate → display in kitchen/master bedroom, ANPR camera integration

Multi-line KNX topology for villas
A villa over 300 m² typically exceeds the 64-device per-line limit of a single KNX TP line. We design multi-line systems with a KNX backbone and up to 15 area lines, each with its own power supply and up to 64 devices.
Typical 400 m² villa KNX topology:
Backbone (1.0): KNX IP Router (MDT SCN-IP100.03) + line coupler × 4
Line 1.1: Ground floor — 45 devices (actuators, DALI GW, sensors)
Line 1.2: Upper floor — 38 devices
Line 1.3: Exterior / pool / garage — 30 devices
Line 1.4: Technical (energy meters, HVAC, gate, CCTV bridge)
