End-to-end Smart
Home Design
From initial concept to commissioning-ready documentation. FloorPlan layout, KNX topology, DALI circuits, load calculations and full BOM — delivered as a complete engineering package.
What we design
Design services included
FloorPlan design
We overlay your architectural drawings with device placement, KNX bus routing, DALI circuit boundaries and sensor coverage zones. Every device is positioned, numbered and cross-referenced to the panel schematic.
KNX topology planning
Line and area design per KNX specifications: device count per line, coupler placement, power supply sizing and backbone KNX/IP router placement. Outputs include a fully annotated topology diagram and device address matrix.
DALI-2 circuit design
DALI circuit zoning, driver selection, emergency circuit compliance (EN 50172), group and scene structure, and bus current budget. Delivered as a DALI configuration file compatible with standard commissioning tools.
Load calculation
Per-circuit load schedule, cable cross-section sizing, MCB and RCD coordination, diversity factor analysis and voltage drop verification per IEC 60364. Required for CE certification and building inspector submission.
BOM generation
Full bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, quantities, current EU pricing and preferred supplier. Exportable as Excel for procurement or direct submission to our panel assembly team.
Third-party integration mapping
Protocol gateway specification for Modbus (HVAC, energy meters), BACnet (BMS), IP cameras, video intercom, alarm systems and audio. Each integration documented with data-point mapping and polling interval.
