KNX services

KNX Panel Assembly Service

Send us your ETS project — topology, group addresses, device list — and we build the DIN-rail panel to match: actuators, line and backbone couplers, PSU sized to your bus current budget, SPDs. Every device and terminal labelled, every panel tested before it leaves the workshop. You commission; we build.

How the service works

How the service works

01

Submit your ETS project

Topology drawing, group address plan and device list — the basis for the build, not a starting point for redesign.

02

We assemble to your plan

DIN-rail mounting of actuators, line/backbone couplers, PSU sized to the bus current budget, and SPDs, wired exactly to your topology.

03

Every device and terminal labelled

Consistent labelling and structured cable management, held to the same standard across every panel in the project.

04

Tested, documented, dispatched

Functional test before handover, with build documentation ready for your site file.

Why integrators outsource the build

Why integrators outsource the build

1

single point of accountability

One partner responsible for the physical build quality of every panel in the project — not a mix of subcontractors with different standards.

Built to your ETS plan

Group addresses, topology and device list define the build — nothing is re-engineered on our side.

PSU sized to your bus budget

Power supply capacity matched to the actual bus current draw of the line, not a generic default unit.

Consistent labelling across panels

Every device and terminal identified to one standard, so multi-panel projects read the same from panel to panel.

Tested before dispatch

Panels leave the workshop functionally checked, not just assembled.

Site time back for commissioning

Hours spent on DIN-rail mounting and wiring become hours spent on ETS download and commissioning on site.

Options

What's included

Every panel build covers the same scope, regardless of project size.

  • DIN-rail mounting of actuators, line/backbone couplers, PSU and SPDs
  • PSU sizing to your project's bus current budget
  • Full device and terminal labelling
  • Structured, consistent cable management
  • Functional test report and build documentation
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to supply the ETS project before you start?

Yes. Topology drawing, group address plan and device list are what we build to — without them we can't scope or assemble the panel.

Which KNX devices do you assemble?

Actuators, line and backbone couplers, PSUs and SPDs from KNX Association certified manufacturers. Mixing certified devices from different manufacturers in one project is standard KNX practice, not an exception.

Do you do the ETS programming?

No. We assemble and label the physical panel to your plan; ETS download and commissioning remain with you on site.

Can you build panels for a multi-panel project?

Yes. Labelling and cable management are held to one standard across every panel, so the whole project reads consistently.

Do you support KNX Secure devices?

Where your ETS plan specifies KNX Secure — for example door or gate control needing encrypted communication — we assemble to that specification.

Ready to hand off the panel build?

Send your ETS project and topology drawing. Our engineers will scope the panel and confirm what we need to build it to your plan.
