Reyee Cloud-Managed Networks for Integrators
Reyee is Ruijie's own value-tier network brand, and Reyee Cloud is the free dashboard that manages its switches, access points and gateways across every client site from one login. We run it ourselves - no marketing gloss, just the honest tradeoffs of no-subscription cloud management.
How Reyee Cloud management works
Register the site
Add the client's EG-series gateway, RG-series switch or RG-RAP access point to your Reyee Cloud account by its serial number - no local controller box needed.
Configure remotely
Set VLANs, SSIDs, port profiles and basic firewall rules from the cloud dashboard, the same way for every site in your portfolio.
Let access points self-organize
Multiple RG-RAP access points discover each other and form a single SON mesh network with seamless roaming, instead of you configuring each one by hand.
Monitor without a subscription
Check device status, client counts and alerts across all managed sites - the dashboard keeps working with no mandatory fee to stay switched on.
What Reyee Cloud actually gives you
Mandatory subscription
The headline honest difference versus Meraki: Reyee Cloud device management doesn't require an ongoing licence to keep working. That's the trade you're making by choosing value tier over enterprise.
Ruijie's value sub-brand
Reyee sits below Ruijie's own enterprise product line as the budget/value tier - the inverse of how Meraki sits above Cisco's cheaper gear.
RG-series switches
Managed switches, some models with PoE for APs and cameras. Port count, PoE budget and throughput always depend on the specific model - check the datasheet.
RG-RAP Wi-Fi 6 access points
Cloud- or app-managed APs with SON mesh roaming between units. Coverage and Wi-Fi 6 performance depend on the model and the building.
EG-series gateways
Router/gateway hardware such as the EG105GW handles WAN, routing and basic security at the network edge for each site.
Multi-site dashboard
One login covers every client site you manage, which is the actual point of cloud management for an integrator juggling several installs.
What we handle for you
From picking the right Reyee model to a working Reyee Cloud account your client can hand back to you for support.
- {'t': 'Model selection', 'd': "We match EG gateway, RG switch and RG-RAP AP models to the site's size and requirements - always confirmed against the current Ruijie/Reyee datasheet, never guessed."}
- {'t': 'Procurement', 'd': 'Sourcing the confirmed hardware so what arrives on site matches what was specified.'}
- {'t': 'Cloud account setup', 'd': "Structuring the Reyee Cloud account by site, so each client's network stays logically separate even if you manage dozens of them."}

- {'t': 'Handover and support', 'd': 'Documentation and access handed to you or your client, plus ongoing support if something needs adjusting after go-live.'}
Frequently asked questions
Is Reyee Cloud really free, or is there a hidden subscription?
Reyee Cloud management itself has no mandatory subscription to keep devices manageable - that's the genuine differentiator versus Meraki. Any extra services Ruijie may offer beyond that should still be checked in current documentation.
Is Reyee the same quality as Ruijie's enterprise switches?
No, and it isn't meant to be. Reyee is Ruijie's own value/SMB tier, sitting below Ruijie's enterprise line. For larger or more demanding projects, Ruijie's enterprise products are the better fit.
Can I mix an EG gateway, RG switch and RG-RAP access points on one site?
Yes, that's the normal setup - EG-series at the edge, RG-series switching, RG-RAP for Wi-Fi, all visible in the same Reyee Cloud site.
How does Reyee compare to MikroTik or UniFi?
MikroTik RouterOS is another budget-friendly, flexible option we also work with, more DIY-configuration focused. UniFi is a closer cloud-dashboard comparison to Reyee; we're adding a dedicated UniFi overview soon. Reyee's edge is the no-subscription cloud management.
What's the port count or PoE budget on an RG switch?
It depends entirely on the specific RG-series model - always check the current Ruijie or Reyee datasheet rather than assume a fixed figure.
Considering Reyee for a client site?
Tell us the site size and requirements and we'll confirm whether Reyee Cloud is the right fit, or whether MikroTik or Cisco/Meraki makes more sense for that project.
