Video Surveillance

Video Surveillance covers the cameras, recorders, and accessories used to monitor and record premises, from single-camera home setups to multi-channel commercial CCTV.

The range spans twelve subcategories: Wi-Fi and PoE IP cameras conforming to ONVIF, analog cameras paired with DVR recorders, PTZ speed domes, thermal and specialist units, plus the NVRs, storage, power, and mounting hardware that support them. Selection turns on resolution (MP), IP rating, PoE class, and recording channel count.

  • Camera type — Wi-Fi IP cameras for wireless retrofits; PoE IP cameras (802.3af/at) for a single-cable install; analog cameras for existing coax runs.
  • Recording — NVR channel count and HDD capacity (TB) must match the number and resolution of connected cameras.
  • Environment — outdoor units need IP66/IP67 housings; indoor pan-tilt models suit smaller enclosed spaces.
